Electrical Panels
ITEC engineering designs, integrates and supplies Automation Panels, Marshalling Panels, ATEX certified Panels, Low Voltage (50 to 1000 Vac) and Medium Voltage ( 1 kVac to 36kVac) Main Distribution Boards, Power Control Centers and Motor Control Centers.
Medium Voltage switchgear
ITEC engineering design and integrate a range of harmonised cubicles equipped with SF6 or vacuum air breaking technology switchgear.
These cubicles allow you to produce all your Medium Voltage substation requirements up to 36 kV by superposing their various functions.
The result of in-depth analysis of your requirements, both now and in the future, mean that you can take advantage of all the features of both a modern and proven technology.
Low Voltage switchgear
ITEC engineering design and integrate a range of fixed or withdrawable Low Voltage Switchgears, perfectly designed for Energy distribution or Motor Control Centers.
Our solutions can be fitted with conventional direct on line starters and variable speed drives. It is compatible with power devices from most manufacturers.
Combined with communication options, our solutions becomes intelligent and ensures protection, control, communication and monitoring of the critical parameters associated with Industrial processes.
Automation & Marshalling Cabinets
ITEC engineering design and integrate combined Automation & Marshalling Panels, this provide cross wiring functionality between field instruments and the control system.
By having this type of interface, input and output issues can be quickly identified and maintenance personnel can perform routine functions in the field without jeopardizing the heart of the control system.
Our team builds each Automation & Marshalling cabinet to unique customer specifications.
Hazardous Locations Panels
ITEC engineering design and integrate certified Explosion Proof, Pressurized or Intrinsically Safe solutions.
> Explosion Proof enclosures are designed to be capable of withstanding the pressures resulting from an internal explosion of specified gases, and contain such an explosion sufficiently that an explosive gas-air mixture existing in the atmosphere surrounding the enclosure will not be ignited.
> Purged panels utilize a pressurized stream of air or nitrogen to ensure the panel is able to withstand harsh environments and protect the electrical equipment from ingress of explosive gases.
> Intrinsic safety is a designed/engineered explosion protection technique that is integral to the electrical circuit, were systems limit the energy even under worse cases of multiple failure conditions.
ITEC engineering staff are certified for both Design & Integration of ATEX solution by IsmATEX.
